Let's be honest: recruiting doesn't get solved in one call. The full process — from your strategy to your offer — can take 4 to 8 months. That's why this isn't a one-off session: it's 4 calls, timed to the right moment, plus ongoing support in between.

Kickoff
Call · Week 0We define (or confirm) your target function, your company list, your personal narrative, and your application strategy by recruiting type.
Traction Check-in
Call · Week 4We review what's working in your applications and networking, and adjust what needs it.
Interview Strategy
Call · Week 8Before you have an interview scheduled: which stories to prepare, how to practice cases for your function. The goal is to arrive ready, not scramble with a week's notice.
Company-Specific Prep + Practice
Call · When you schedule your 1st interviewWe go deep on that specific company and practice live. By now your stories and case practice are already done — here we refine, not start from zero.
Optional add-on (not included): extra practice sessions — $97 each — especially for the behavioral part, or prep for a meaningfully different company/role type.
Ongoing support (Weeks 1–8)
Message me specific questions anytime during the program via WhatsApp — I respond within 48 business hours. For quick questions and feedback, not a replacement for the calls.
